U-Pack

I engaged UPack to move my stuff from NJ to Dallas TX. Their process of keeping trailer in front of the house for 3 working days is very good. I asked them to park on Friday evening so that I got 2 extra days free due to weekend. It is important to load the items as tightly as possible, use all 9 feet of height. An experienced moving helper can do that very efficiently. Upackdelivered my stuff in time and very safely. Great job indeed! If needed, I would surely use them again.

My new wife was moving from an apartment in New Jersey to our condo in Charlotte, NC. Initially, we guestimated two relocubes, but her friend's helpers were able to comfortably get everything into one cube. Upack offered flexibility on the pickup and delivery date, and adjusted the price downward for only one cube.

The cube was delivered when requested, and had obviously had a very gentle ride. There was no damage and everything was right where it was when the doors were closed in New Jersey.

I've used this service twice before, and the hard and expensuve part was arranging the packing and unpacking. This time I went to the uhaul site to find an unloading service, which is far simpler than packing. We choose a service called bellhops that sent two college students to unload and rearrange furniture - total cost $80.
