U-Pack

Moved our daughter from New York to Savannah and had such a great experience. We had to schedule something fast and at the last minute. They delivered the container quickly based on our needs and was very accommodating to deliver it when we needed it delivered. Smooth process from beginning to the end. I highly recommend them.

Moved from the East coast to the Midwest. Other movers were hard/annoying to get a quote from, let alone one that I had confidence in (largely because either I had to categorize everything I own into their system or estimate the weight and number of boxes I would use, etc). U-Pack's site was friendly to use and get a quote from and it was convenient to have my containers dropped off and picked up without any needed input from me after arranging it.

I paid extra for guaranteed delivery. This fell through and they were 2 days later than expected, but they were quick to assure me of my refund (for the fast delivery) and to offer to pay for a hotel and to reschedule movers if we had any. We didn't originally have movers, but they easily agreed to pay for some because the delay would cause a conflict in my personal timeline without them, and they comped our meals for the delay time. My service consultant was Meredith H; she was amazing - - apologetic, agreeable, and she stayed in full communication with me until everything was wrapped up. I've told friends and family about this experience, and they've all said something to the effect of 'I guess we'll have to look them up next time we move'; thanks Meredith!

Very easy, affordable way to move.

It was easy to set up and use. Pods could be a bit bigger.
