U-Pack

U-Pack made a seemingly stressful and difficult move to another state easy and painless. The idea is brilliant and worked out to be a lot more financially beneficial then I initially expected. I would and have already referred U-Pack to family members.

What a great choice to use U-Pack. I had gotten such high quotes for movers as well as for renting a U-Haul/U-Pack/Pods etc. I didn't have a problem packing up the unit and saved hundreds of dollars. They contacted me via phone and text to confirm delivery, confirm arrival as well as when it got to TN. There was also a GPS to follow my shipment. Very happy! If you don't want to load it yourself they have recommendations for help which I used and they too were amazing and not expensive! Worth every penny! Definitely will use again!

Excellent choice for moving. Wasn't sure initially how best to move my family from NY to GA. A large pod from PODS wouldn't fit my driveway but U-Pack has numerous options that worked. I used 3 6'x7'x8' containers. They came promptly, were spotlessly clean (heard horror stories of pods having bed bugs and what not), and I had 0 issues contacting them for pick-ups and drop offs. We had a small house and this fit the bill

Customer service for U-Pack is extremely professional , personable and helpful. Called a few different times to ask questions and finally book and the customer service reps answered all my questions thourally and without the use of a script. Other companies I've called weren't as clear with their explanations, especially because they limit their employees to scripts. The price was comparable to their competitors and the ability to coordinate dates making sure everything is timed right put me at ease.

The hidden gem of packing and moving. I had a great experience (and cheap!) moving from Long Island to Nashville thanks to these guys. I highly recommend their services which can basically be tailored to fit whatever your needs may be. If you haven't moved with U-Pack already, you're truly missing out.
