U-Pack

Upack was a great way to relocate from upstate NY to SW Florida. UPack customer service as well as ABF Drivers are friendly, full of information and willing to explain specifics. I initially ordered 3 UPack containers , when I called ABF Syracuse to confirm delivery was informed their fork lift was broken and I needed to contact UPack to switch to a trailer. Actually worked out well and I saved some money as well. I suggest paying the extra to have the trailer dropped at your new location vs unloading at a depot, transferring the items from the trailer to a Uhaul was a bit tricky.

Friendly staff and professional service

They don't care about their customers. Their only (!) forklift was broken and thus they failed to deliver the moving containers I was supposed to receive. They didn't warn me about this in advance so that I could search for alternative solutions. I learnt about the problem only when I called them to schedule the delivery. Moreover, they couldn't even tell me when the repair would be completed. I ended up cancelling my U-Pack reservation and ordered a large container from PODS instead. Thanks to their incompetence and lack of care for the customers, my moving plans were severely disrupted and I lost hundreds of dollars.

Used U-Pack/Relo-cube for the first time on a cross-country move, and could not be more pleased. Dealing with tricky parking situations at both the pickup and drop-off locations required some extra communication but the drivers and dispatchers were very up front and helpful. Would definitely use this service again.

The best moving experience so far. We got our goods on time.
No hidden fees either. The Syracuse staff members were absolutely professional. Park City Utah staff were nice, too.
