U-Pack

I had a great experience with U-pack, personally. Was easy to make a last minute reservation via phone when my original moving plan fell through, and ended up being cheaper as well. When I called with questions, I was always able to get an answer, and the reps were very nice. The drivers at both locations(from IL to NY) were quick and friendly with dropping off the cubes, and put them exactly where I wanted them. All my items arrived in tact. If packing the cubes yourself, use straps or rope to secure things and make sure stuff won't move around. Would use them again if I need to move long distance again.

Worst moving experience ever. I’ve had to change my schedule twice now to accommodate the fact that their employees don’t want to work and are short handed. I never received a call to even get an update I had to call and track everything down. Drop off was supposed to be on a Wednesday and they pushed it off a day, now it’s pushed to Monday. Worst customer service ever no offer to fix this situation besides sorry everyone is sick. If there is one thing I can recommend find a different company who is fully staffed to meet your needs because this one is not.

Very disappointed with my experience. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged in some capacity. Several items were broken to pieces during transit and went straight into the dumpster upon arrival. I would not recommend anyone uses this service. In hindsight professional movers would have been worth the extra expense.

today I called to ask some questions regarding my reservation and Erica answered my questions completely. I can say it was the most helpful telephone I have ever had in the US during last 2 years that I have been here.
