We moved our precious antiques to Florida a few years ago . Excellent experience. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and we were greeted by a very professional ( union) driver who was right on time .

I was generally pleased with the overall experience. The scheduling, drop off, and pick up at the origination site went off wonderfully. The billing, not so much.
When I was offered the 'PayPal' option, I got no useful details beyond a 'I'll email you some info.' I'm still waiting on that email. When I called to inquire, they told me I'd have to apply for credit with PayPal. I'm not interested in another credit account to my name.
We ended up paying in full for the shipping before we could get our trailer delivered. Once that was taken care of, the trailer was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery driver was friendly and skilled at parking the trailer in our driveway with no fuss. This was on a Friday morning.
We had the trailer unloaded in about 30 minutes. I immediately called to have it picked up. The dispatcher said he would put it on the docket for pickup the next morning. Unfortunately, the trailer sat in my driveway until Monday.
