U-Pack

my family needed to ship our belongings to Canada and we chose to use this company. currently UPACK is holding our goods hostage in Buffalo for more than 10 days not and fails to provide any meaningful update. the agreed on shipment dates are long overdue.
there is no transparency on the status of the package, or issues causing the delay. there is no realistic estimate as of then the move will happen - or if it happens at all.

as friendly as their customer service is on the Canadian side, they are not helpful.

Used Upack to move my family over 500 miles. Much better than a moving truck because we had a couple days to load and also unload. A better price than some of the competitors who offer the same service.

The U-Pack teams in Tonawanda and Elmira New York were a pleasure to work with! From the customer service agents to delivery men, everyone I spoke with was courteous, friendly, and professional. I used their moving services to relocate a (very full) pod's worth of household items from one side of NY state to the other and the process could not have been easier. The container was also very well constructed - metal all the way around, no wood, with plenty of places to lace rope to secure items. I would use this service again in a heart beat.
