U-Pack

We moved across country and this was by far the cheapest option. And they even delivered earlier than expected. The only reason I withhold a star is because the bar on the bulk head got bent during shipping so we could not access our stuff upon delivery, thankfully one of their drivers were able to come out to us later that day and they were able to help us get it unstuck.

Had an appointment for two months to load my cube at their location. Called today to schedule time, “sure, sounds good, we will see you tomorrow!” I run out; grab my truck rental, start loading so I’m ready for the day. I get an email tonight saying “sorry you canceled”. No call, no explanation, no longer an existing reservation. Clearly they ran out of units and figured instead of working with me to find a solution, they just act like total dirtbags. Stay far, far away from this business

We moved from Texas to Western NY State; the reason we picked U-Pack was because of their ratings. When setting up the move their customer rep answered any questions or concerns I had; he helped me get a military discount as well as a slight reduction in the total cost. I ordered 3 cubes but needed 4, I was unable to order and obtain an extra cube due to the high volume of moves during that time. I suggest that you order more cubes than you think you’ll need.
On packing day the cubes were delivered on time and the same on pickup day in Texas. I was told my shipment would take about 7-10 days to arrival but it got there in 4...when notified it had arrived it was held at the terminal until I could schedule a delivery at our new home. All the drivers were friendly and helpful...costumer service was great. Thank you for taking care of our move.

I moved from CT to NY and used UPack for the first time. The customer service is excellent, the workers are kind and professional, and all of my stuff arrived on time and in perfect condition. Not to mention, that UPack even contacted my apartment complex to make sure they parked the trailer in the correct place— my stuff arrived to my new place before I did! I will definitely use them again. Best moving company ever!

Used a ReloCube to move from Rochester NY to Denver. Excellent service at both the origin and destination locations. The cube was in great shape, clean and dry inside. Easy to load, and all contents arrived as we had packed them. Superb communication from the staff at both the origin and destination locations, and load/unload drivers were great! Appreciated both the web and text updates. Pricey - but worth the peace of mind.
