U-Pack

Wonderful customer service, kind people, and very quick delivery. Would happily use this service for every move.

The trailer that was dropped off was falling apart it had holes in the floor you could see the street caked mud all in trailer. The trailer was rusting out. The lip on the edge was damaged so the loading ramp would not secure properly. They have no quality controls if they using trailers like this. Do not use this service just go with U-Haul or pods or a local company. They are straight trash.

Good Value and flexible

Used U-Pack to move from Pennsylvanian to Arizona. The transport company on the Pennsylvania side provided me different information than the company on the Arizona side.

Ex. I was told the ramp had to be in the trailer when it was picked up. On the Arizona side they said it is normal to not have the ramp fit in the trailer and they would simply pick it up later. In my case they dropped one off after the trailer arrived due to the load shifting and they could not fit it in. If you have to place the ramp in the trailer you will lose packing space.

If you pack on your own or hire packers make sure you/they utilize the entire truck, pack it to the ceiling!

The company overall did a great job, my trailer arrived early and we were happy with the cost and convenience.

I cannot speak highly enough of UPack. Easy to reserve and although we asked for a live load from our starting point and it wasn’t available, the representative still gave us the discount! The tracking was updated daily for our container - even through a snowstorm! Finally when it arrived to our new home we were nervous that the container wouldn’t fit into our driveway due to low hanging electrical wires. But the driver was a pro and got it parked close enough to drive and even helped us unload on his lunch break to get everything out of the container faster. I’m hoping I won’t have to move again for a while but if I do - I’m definitely using UPack!
