So easy and affordable! Didn't even have to be there for the drop off or pickup. Great communication.

Upack's customer service team is phenomenal, answering my myriad of questions. Their dispatchers are generous. Their drivers are patient. Their prices are fair and honest. Their web interface for tracking your order is user friendly. I am amazed.

We used Upack for a cross country move. The property manager for the apartment we were moving to was a week delayed in getting us the keys, and U-Pack allowed us to delay delivery by a week at no additional cost. We are so thankful.

While the Elkridge, MD service center doesn't deliver on Mondays, they were willing to deliver with less than one day's notice! Great service!

My experience with Upack was great, the guys that pick up and drop off the Reloc Cubes are also awesome. They made my relocation alot easier and they were affordable aswell, if I was to ever relocate again I would probably use them, also the relocation cubes holds alot more than you would think.
