U-Pack

Utilized UPACK/ ABF for a DITY move from Texas to New England. Trailer drop off was on time and went smoothly. Customer service at the 1-800 # and the local dispatch was great, everyone was kind and helpful. Trailer arrived to destination early and they held trailer until we arrived and were able to take delivery. Would definitely use them again.

Moving is very stressful especially moving across the country but moving w upack was a really great experience. Everyone was so nice everytime I called and had a question (and I had a lot of questions). They have great customer service. You reserve as much space as you think you will need on the truck and I reserved 16 ft but my movers only used 12 so I only got charged for 12! I loved that! They really worked with me and they were the most affordable. They were also really fast at getting my stuff from TX to PA. I love that I didn’t have to share the giant truck with any other family’s stuff - just my stuff. For all that and under $4,000, I will always use upack love u.

Couldn't thank u-pack more for this service. They dropped off the trailer, picked up, delivered and removed exactly when they said they would and it was very easy. The cost was much less than a van line even with hiring local movers for loading and unloading the trailer. If you are going to pack your belongings yourself, I would definitely recommend this service.

One word of caution is to ensure you have plenty of furniture blankets and you watch your movers pack your stuff in the trailer. The walls of the trailer are metal and any furniture not covered with a blanket against the side of the trailer will be damaged.

After my excellent experience with this service I 100% recommend them. If you need assistance with a small move then this here is your guy. U-Pack was there when I needed them the most. I needed help with a very small move across several states (MD to NY in my case) and only had less than 10 big boxes and a few extras such as a fold-up desk, desk-chair, and a fold-up exercise bike and a few more and this service was immaculate for my needs. I only needed to use one relo-cube and I love that they offer not only drop-off and pickup options, but service-center to service-center move options as well. Extremely convenient! By choosing the latter option not only was I able to save a considerable amount of money, but it was just more suitable and convenient for me because I didn't have to deal with the extra stress/worry of the nuances of them dropping the cube off at my residential street and dropping it off at the rural location I was moving to as well.

Every aspect of customer service was amiable and helpful from calling to asking questions/booking the move to my loading/unloading experiences at both service centers (Hagerstown, MD/ Cohoes, NY). Every staff I encountered at both service-centers were not only very helpful but they were incredibly friendly as well. The relo-cube provided had ample space for my items and the transit period was surprisingly fast. I was happy to learn once my items arrived that the service-center would be able to hold my cube for up to a week before it had to be stored, which allotted me great flexibility when it came to my move and being able to pick up my items. When I finally unloaded everything I was very happy to see everything was intact and nothing damaged; it was clear that they weren't rough when handling the transport of the cube. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience and I'm elated that my boyfriend and I discovered this service; it made my out-of-state move seamless and I am very grateful to u-pack for it. I highly recommend this service for any of your moving needs. You won't be disappointed!
