U-Pack

They were scheduled to delivery the U Pack between 8 and 12 today, After waiting until 2p I called and was met with no responsibility, no customer service, and still expected me to pay the full boat... look elsewhere

U-pack is the only way to go. They drop you fill they pick up and take to your new home. The driver's have always been super nice and always made sure I didn't have any questions. Top notch moving!

Great experience from start to finish! I had to add a trailer when I had more than my 16' other container could hold. UPACK worked with me with just a couple days notice to get a trailer dropped. The driver was excellent explaining everything to me (ramp, bunkhead, pickup, etc). Delivery to final location was on time (early actually), and pricing was exactly as they quoted. All my household goods arrived in excellent shape and pick up the trailer was no fuss, no muss! Would DEFINITELY use these guys again. TOP NOTCH. :)

1st move 2 years ago went perfect! Very timely company! Our move a week ago was going great until at delivery the truck driver tried only one time to deliver it in driveway, then parked it in the street in our neighborhood (barely has 2 lanes) at 1pm. He finally scooted it over after my husband told him he couldn't park it in front of the mailboxes. At 9pm a police officer came by and said our belongings and the semi were about to be impounded. I was pasted to 3 people and officer to find someone to move it. He spoke to the officer and said told him it would be a while. The officer left and said if any more complaints he would still have to impound if not moved by then. We started pulling out belongings again from 930-1030 when we got a call that someone was an hour away to come pull it. The guy who came was great though and spent 37 mins getting it in our driveway. It was just a lot of unneeded caos at the end that could have been avoided. Parking a semi trailer in the middle of a street is just not legal.
