Move was made much easier with them plus they were much cheaper than any competitors price. We’ve used them twice now and I’d use them again for sure.

If you want to save money in a cross country move use U-pack. They are exactly what they say they are. The cost of the move is estimated and was right on the money. The cost is based on what amount of space you take up in their trailer. No hidden fees and no extortions like other moving companies. They drive the trailer to your house and they give you plenty of time to load it and they give you an estimated date of delivery which was exactly what they estimated. They are very professional and I could be happier with the move. You hire your own loaders and unloaders. You have to buy your own blankets to protect your furniture and straps to tie them down. For a 3 bedroom house it took 2 guys 3 hours to wrap up the furniture and load them in the trailer nice and tight and it took 2 guys 2 hrs. to unload. I saved 2 to 3 thousand dollars doing it this way.

U-Pack was a wonderful service to work with! We had a 1200 mile move from Virginia to Wisconsin. The company was responsive and easy to work with. They dropped the trailer off and were able to maneuver into our tight parking areas. The driver was kind and helpful, and helped us set up the ramp and remove the bulkhead. They were able to pick it up the next afternoon easily. It then arrived exactly when we needed it at our destination. The company called us to check in while we were awaiting it's arrival to assure us that it would be delivered in a decent timeline. We opted to not pay for a guaranteed delivery--if you choose this option, I would recommend giving yourself plenty of time on the front end. We had the trailer dropped off on Monday, picked up on Tuesday, and it arrived at our destination the following Wednesday (1 week later). The company regularly checked in with us throughout the process, and I loved that I could track the trailer online so I knew where it was the entire time. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and ready to answer questions. We are SO glad we opted to go with U-Pack, and I would recommend it to anyone with a big upcoming move.

Great customer service and will accommodate as best as they can. My out of state move was made so much easier from using U-Pack moving service. The ability to keep my belongings in storage until I'm ready for drop off is an added bonus and an appreciated option for convenience. $150 flat a month for storage is reasonable compared to the commercial chain public storage unit prices.
