Excellent Customer Service. Highly recommended. No junk calls from stranger, No issue or negotiation with stuff. The best part is i could order two relocube and end up using one and they only charge for one. on top of that i have booked storage , but end up unloading on same day from service center, so they did not charge for storage either. Very happy with service. Load at your own pace, no pressure.

If you're moving long distance it's the safest way. Otherwise you are just giving your belongings to strangers with a truck

We used UPack for our move from WA state to NC. They delivered the truck on time, helped us figure out the ramp and how to use the truck, stored our things for 1 month, and delivered the truck on the day we needed right on time. Our things were just as we left them. Overall, would recommend.

U-Pack was great as always. We moved from NC to TX. We had a little miss communication at first with the NC branch. They wanted back into the trailer to take out the ramp and didn't want us to use our own lock. The first time we used U-Pack we kept the same ramp and used our own lock along with theirs. They decided to just let us do it and it turned out great! We received the trailer at the new location within the next day of calling them and we even received a courtesy call from the driver Jorge Lopez a half an hour before he showed up for delivery. The driver Jorge was very kind and professional and a great driver.

The entire staff has always been very nice and helpful during every interaction. Facility is always clean.
