Overall I am very satisfied with my experience in moving from Durham NC to San Antonio TX. The phone agents were courteous and helpful. Cube drop off and destination center delivery was on time. There was a little problem with the local office in San Antonio getting cubes to me in the scheduled window time frame. The truck drivers in Durham and San Antonio are fantastic!

Lessons learned. “J” hook ratchet straps do not work, “S” hooks work fine. An agent had informed me that “J” hooks could be used but the channel holes are too small to accommodate them. If you are loading furniture into a cube, wrap them properly and limit any contact with the walls to minimize damage.
