This was the best experience i have ever had! They stuck to every commitment they made, no surprises, and no hidden fees. I would recommend hiring a few movers to maximize packing it into the truck, I did and still went over what I expected to use. This is a great company, with strong customer commitment. Not one thing could’ve been improved! Aced it! (I moved from NY to SC)

They shipped and picked up the trailer no issues and the dispatcher was awesome with same day pick up

A long-distance move is stressful, but U-Pack really made things as easy as possible. Every customer service person I talked to, from questions about how U-Pack worked to receiving my pod, were friendly and very knowledgeable. The pricing was very straightforward and I avoided the hassle of trying to tow my car behind a rental truck (the other option for about the same costs). I would highly recommend U-Pack to anyone!

Very effective for a out of state move. Appreciated the affordability and customer service.

I'm giving it 4/5 and not 5/5 because one of the representatives was about to schedule my pick up on the wrong day and basically mess up my plans. I called again and got a different person who detailed to me that the first persons scheduling didn't apply to me because my trailer was already dropped off. So grateful for her! But if I didn't call back to get those details my whole plans would've been messed up!
