U-Pack

Every aspect of our move was outstanding. It was significantly less expensive than other options and we didn't have to drive the truck ourselves and pay for gas! They were very flexible with the drop off and pickup of the trailer. Knowing that we could use up to the full trailer - but that we only had to pay for what we actually used- was such a relief! Definitely recommend!

We used UPack for a cross-country move. They arrived exactly when they said they would and dropped off the cube. And then, they brought it to my destination exactly when they said they would, dropped it off, no problems. The drivers were friendly and helpful. My drop off location was kind of crazy and the driver had no problems and made everything so easy. And best of all, nothing was damaged! 2000 miles and no problems! I'm so grateful for ABF UPack and how they brought my stuff safely across the country! Truckers make America great! Thanks guys for the fantastic job!

I moved from FL to south carolina. It was absolutely the best option for we loaded and unloaded our own stuff . It was cheaper than renting a moving or a truck and this company was very professional and everything went exactly as expected

Overall a good experience. I've used PODs a couple times before. But had too much stuff this time for a PODs, and besides, POD's are now too expensive. So I found U-Pack. I really liked the that I could do almost everything online. The empty trailer drop off went smooth. I wish I could have had a time window though. The drive offered to help with the ramp too. I should have accepted, because it's heavy! It would be very helpful to have a lift gate on the trailer too. Especially for the larger furniture items. The loaded trailer was ahead of schedule and delivered early. Again, no window and I even called and asked for the drive to call me when they were on their way. I was told okay. But the driver never called. It was being derived to a storage facility and it would have been very helpful if I was there when it was delivered. The pick up of the empty trailer was not so smooth. I could not schedule it online. I called and scheduled the pick-up. But they didn't come. I called again, and they came. Then I had to call again because my account still showed I had to call to schedule the pick-up. So I called again and was told I was all set. Finally, I contracted for 21 feet of trailer, which I used, exactly. But I was billed for 24' after pick-up (I was not there for the pick-up). When the trailer arrived at the destination, I took several pictures showing I only used 21'. I contacted U-Pack and sent over the pictures. Within minutes, received confirmation of the mistake and was credited the over charge of 3'. Pleased with their fast and professional customer service. Overall, I would used them again.

Moved 2400 miles. Great for the price, right on time and even an early drop off of my pod. They were fast, efficient and kind. Definitely highly recommend. Way more convenient than U-Haul. I save a shyt ton of money to.
