Review:
Like the idea and everything about it except the ~200lbs ramp that the driver refused to help with. He told us the ramp was dangerous and they are not allowed to touch it. So leave it with the customer? They need to update this or assist with getting it off the truck

Can not say enough to stay away from this company. Trailer was covered in black grease inside. Then during shipping they must have thrown trailer to my new house. EVERYTHING inside was damaged. I spent 9k and now have to replace 4k worth of furniture and belongings. I have moved before and know how to pack so was not on my end!

Review:
U-Pack was a great experience for us. There was a mistake about our delivery date, but U-Pack corrected the mistake and had the container to us the next day. They were quick and efficient to deliver and pick up, both on loading the containers and delivering them to our new storage facility. Hopefully I dont have to make that big of a move again, but if I do I would definitely use U-Pack!
