U-Pack

Pros;
Nice affordable company. Works great for military Do It Yourself Moves (DITY) aka PPMs. Make sure to inform them of this when you set up the trailer so you receive your weight tickets. Customer service is pretty decent and good at keeping you updated on the status of where the trailer is located too. Drivers were respectable people and walked you through how everything works on the trailer should you need it. They even worked with you on where it could and couldn't be parked just in case for safe loading and unloading.

Cons;
I only had problems on the initial moving end. No one called me to tell me when my trailer would arrive. Nor could they give me an estimated time. It took nearly until 800pm for it to arrive and I was down a day to pack it due to this. The customer service when I called wasn't very polite either. It also took them around 800pm for it to get picked up too.

End result: I would recommend this company. Just make sure you read up on if you need the trailer or if their cubes work better for you. The customer service over all towards the end was very helpful and extremely respectable. Overall a great company when you need them. Small matters aside I would still do business again with them if I ever need to.

Thank you again to all the Staff of Upack for working diligently with me and helping me out whenever I had a problem with anything. Everything got here in one piece from KY to GA.

Overbooked UPack containers and instead we had to load everything into an ABF Freight trailer. It was frustrating because I arrived without a lock, went out to buy said lock, and instead of calling to tell me I wouldn't need one because they had no containers, I arrive and am told he looked after I left and saw there were no containers. But in the end he made it right and everything arrived from GA to CO in one piece!
