U-Pack

Moved from PA to Georgia both local offices were great. Drivers were super cool, professional and really know how to move those pods around. Deliveries and pickups were always timely. Lord forbid I ever have to move distance like this again but if I do I’m using u-pack.

That was my first time moving cross country. I looked into all of the major companies, but this one had the best price. Everything went so seamlessly, and I have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!

One star to Lawrenceville office. Manager, his name is Josh, was rude, not professional, not being able to manage his crew. They did not pick up the trailer for days although notified the next morning of arrival. Blocking four parking spots here, still waiting to be picked up.

Amazing experience! I was able to see quotes for different dates, set up reservation, request a certified weight ticket, and make changes to my reservation all via the website. Once my reservation was set all my move information was easily accessible as well as contact information for both trailer service stations (departing and recieving).
Trailer was delivered as promised, received a call from the driver roughly 30 min. before delivery for both drop off's. Drivers were friendly and curteous, worked with us on our requested placement of trailer both times. Trailers were picked up the business day following my call requesting pick up, just as the website promised.
No storage was available which was an added stress, but they made it clear prior to setting up the contract that this was the case. (We were moving during peak season, so found this to be the case with multiple companies.)
Price, service, communication and experience were all amazing, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Everything was spelled out in the contract, no surprises, hidden fees or unexpected hiccups.
100% believe the local ABF companies played a huge part in why our experience was as good as it was. We were assigned to Lawrenceville, GA and Smiths, AL.
Used u-pack for a military PPM and my husband was so pleased he wants to do this every time.
