U-Pack

U-Pack/ABF freight is a great service. Timing was slightly off what was promised, but overall no big deal. Defiantly worth what we paid. Be sure to take photos of the space you took up in the trailer. The photos they took were not clear and tried to invoice for a little more. Honest mistake, and they took care of it. The bulkhead are HEAVY and beat up. I had to use tools to get them to latch. Customer service was always helpful and friendly. Recommended company.

U-Pack was a good service. It was less expensive than some other moving companies, but the relocube is also considerably smaller, so keep that in mind. I was moving from Tucson, Arizona to Warner Robins, Georgia and I will say everything went fairly smoothly. My drop off and pick up in Arizona and Georgia were all routine with no issues. My biggest issue was the delivery. The paperwork says 5-7 business days (estimated... that's how they get you) and my cube arrived in 11 business days, after being delayed twice. I found myself being frustrated thinking that if I had kept the cube longer than the 3 days allotted to pack and unpack, they would've charged me more, but they have no responsibility for the same kind of delays. Otherwise I was happy with the people and service.

I made a reservation over a month in advance, six days before the move they canceled on me! I even called to confirm the move two weeks before the move date. They offered me a new move date, a month past the original date. I would not recommend. They left me in a serious pickle.
