From the moment the trailer was dropped off in Savannah , GA until they picked up the empty trailer in Arthur, IL. My entire experience was wonderful. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and kind. Jerry deluged the trailer to me in Savannah and made sure I understood how to put down the ramp and how to install the wall. Mark delivered the trailer in Arthur and took the wall down for me and set up the ramp. Both were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience with your company, thank you so much!

Was mislead from the beginning. Rudest customer service lady in Savannah. Apparently it takes 7 days for my things to travel less than 3 1/2 hours. Have no idea why my stuff went to Atlanta.. Waste of money. Fortunately, the driver who delivered the truck was great. Super nice and understanding.

Very good moving experience. Historically have used a U-Haul but decided to use U-Pack for a long distance move. We reserved the large moving trailer. Everything went very smoothly. The trailer arrived on time and the drivers were excellent at navigating my preferred location for storage. Hired separate packers and loader/unloaders and by doing so saved almost $3000 compared to a full-service moving company. We had our trailer stored at our final destination for two weeks and were able to track it’s location the entire time. Overall I was very pleased as this was my first time using this company.
