U-Pack

We looked everywhere to find a good moving company and upack had the best reviews. I was about t-Haul a 1000 mile move before we found them. Even though we had some confusion on delivery times on their end, they handled it well and corrected it for me without additional fees and even went above and beyond to ensure I had my families belongings as soon as they could get them to me! I am very appreciative of a company that is willing to have customer service beyond their normal!

We recently moved from PA to GA. The town we moved to, PODS wasn't available but they recommended U-Pack. I knew we needed this type of service, renting a truck wasn't an option for us. In the end, all our belongings made it safe and on time to GA. However, there was some lack of communication/information. Don't assume when one person tells you the truck will be picked up on the day per your contract, you still have to call and arrange/inform them you're ready for pick up. In regards to delivery, they give you a timeframe when your belongings will be delivered. HOWEVER, they fail to mention that what it really means is that those dates are when your belongings will arrive at the nearest transit location to your new home. Then, once it is there, you have to call to schedule a delivery date. Luckily, I found this out a few days before moving. There is an option that cost $410 more, but they guarantee you a delivery date at your house. Moving out of state is expensive, so for us, we were going to be at our new house before the trailer was delivered and this extra option allowed for our belongings to show up the same day we arrived. Once we unpacked, it only took a simple call to have the trailer picked up. U-Pack has amazing customer service and were always available to answer my many questions, make changes to my reservation and reassure me that they would deliver my trucks for the move as scheduled. I can't say enough good things about this company for moving. We moved from GA to AZ and needed an economical plan. We rented from U-Pack and hired our own men to load and then a different crew to unload at our destination. It was a perfect combination for us. U-Pack is a great company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
