Exceptional customer service from Carolyn at UPack HQ in Ft Smith, Arkansas! I am just beginning the process of researching long distance move options. Called UPack and had a 15 minute chat with Carolyn about the UPack service and process. So friendly. So informative. A true advocate for Upack. Her enthusiasm for UPack is notable. Carolyn answered all my questions thoroughly and offered additional insights I had not considered. I now have no plans to look any further into other moving options and am committed to engaging UPack. I am a small business owner in a customer service business and rarely am I served as well as I serve my customers. Carolyn exceed my expectations for this initial call experience. I’m so happy that I chose U-Pack. Moving from one state to another without having any relatives or friends to help this was a no brainer. They gave me a quote based on the number of rooms I have and there were no last minute changes as I’ve experienced with a moving company. They remained responsive and walked me through the process as each phase was taking place.
