U-Pack

Using U-Pack to move our daughter from Florida to Nebraska was the best choice we could have made. The representatives from U-Pack kept us up to date on when they would arrive for each delivery or pick up. Their rates were better than any of the competitors and all of the people were incredibly friendly. We will definitely use again for any moving needs.

We were moving my 80 year old sister from Florida to Long Island NY, she only had 30 or so boxes and I looked into U-Pack and it was the best. There were things that we did not plan to take but with the Cube giving us extra space that we didn't plan on we were able to move things we thought we would not be able to using an LTL carrier. U-Pack is the best, they dropped the cube, picked it up, delivered, and picked it up all on time with status updates as it went along.

Upack was great and did everything they said. I got the trailer because I needed to move several rooms of furniture. The service worked smoothly. However, I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because of the trailer itself. It is 4 feet off the ground. Lifting some of the furniture was next to impossible due to weight and bulk. Even though there is a long ramp to the trailer, it is a metal mesh and dolly wheels will not roll on it. Upack does not loan or rent moving equipment. (I think they should!) So in the end, I could not move all of the furniture I intended and will have to get professional movers to do it. Looking back, I would have skipped Upack and just have the movers to it all.

U-Pack was great. I would highly recommend. They were on time, got our household items from Florida to Ohio in great shape and in good time, the drivers were great and the cost was very reasonable, much less than the 'other guy's'. Hopefully we won't need to move again, but if we do, I will definitely use U-Pack again.
