U-Pack

Truck was delivered on time and the customer service has been stellar. Avoid the brokers and use Upack, save yourself a ton of money and hassle. The decreased cost for extra space is amazing, even if you estimate wrong it hardly a cost to add space. I will recommend to everyone I come across, super impressed!!!

Moved my granddaughter and daughter's things from FL to MO. Everything was as promised. Happy customers in both states!

If I could give them zero stars I would. We moved across country and went with this company because they guaranteed our stuff would be at our house before Christmas. We moved from WA to Enterprise this last week, our trailer was packed and on the road by the morning of the 8th, we were told it would be delivered on the 21st, just checked the location and called and confirmed our trailer is in Dothan, but they can’t deliver it till the 28th. We will now not only spend our daughters first Christmas sleeping on the floor, but she will not have any of her presents or Christmas decorations. We understand that holidays and weather interfere with deliveries and travel, but to have our entire house worth of stuff only 45 minutes away and not being able to have it for another week is just unacceptable. I will never use this company again.

We had our trailer picked up 7/21 and an estimated delivery date of 8/3 - 8/5. After calling repeatedly over the last week they finally got our shipment to the local station this morning. We called and they can’t deliver until next Tuesday!!! That is 2 weeks after the estimated time! We are losing money fast having to buy things we need that should have been delivered last week! We just moved 2800 miles and you have made this a nightmare. Don’t use U-Pack under ANY circumstances!
