Cubes were delivered on time, both drivers were ultimate professionals dropped off exactly where we needed and were picked up on time in Jonesborough, delivery in Colorado Springs was as promised and empty cube pick up was quick. Professional and efficient operation from start to finish, highly recommend!!

We moved from Erie, Co. to Kingsport, Tn. The price quoted for our 1500 sq.ft. 3 bedroom home was expensive and unreasonable. We were quoted $2600 for 10 feet of truck space. The only appliances we had were a washer and dryer. We did not have a couch or matching chair (which we sold). We stacked everything high to the roof of the truck, and we still used 21 feet. This raised our final cost another $900. I understand it is the busiest moving time of the year and the distance is almost 1500 miles, but there is no way anyone fits a 3 bedroom home of 1500 sq. ft. into 10 feet of truck space! Also, $80 per additional square foot used (when you have to use 2 square feet to secure the bulkheads) is expensive and unreasonable.
On the positive side, the dispatchers at the Denver hub and the Blountville, Tn. hub were very helpful and accommodating. They courteously kept us updated about the driver's whereabouts and time frame for pickup and delivery. Matthew, a dispatcher at the Blountville hub was particularly helpful and friendly.
The drivers were also courteous and helpful. Gareth Mitchell, the driver from the Denver hub, took the time to secure the bulkheads and put on a restraining strap for peace of mind about our belongings. Gareth was very personable and genuinely cared about our stressful move.

Just got off the phone with one of the reps. My trailer was picked up on June 1 in Denver. It is now June 15 and I still do not have my trailer. It has been sitting in Nashville for a week, which is only 5 hours from my new place in Bristol area. I have friends that are also getting upset because I keep having to change the day when the come help. IF they can now! I am also losing money for work. I am a remodeling contractor and most of my tools are on the trailer. I had to call all of the time to find out the update status on my trailer. Every time I would get an excuse and different delivery day. Not happy one bit!!!!!

Could not have asked for a better experience. The many people I dealt with were courteous, patient and helpful. The transport was timely and exactly as promised. Had no damage.
