U-Pack

I have used U-Pack twice for long distance moves. I have been happy with their service up until this location. I scheduled the trailer to be picked up on a Friday. They didn’t show up, with no notification. I called them and was told they couldn’t get to it, and it would have to wait until Monday. This means this huge truck will be sitting on a narrow residential street for three days. Basically, the response I got from them was so sad too bad. The amount of money I have spent with this company deserved a courtesy call at minimum. I will never recommend this company again because of the poor service of this location.

Dan and his team at the Hubbard , Ohio location were excellent to work with. Delivery was on time and we when realized we needed an additional pod, they made sure we got it the very next day. The shipment to Florida arrived earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this team if you are planning a move locally or out of state.

U-Pack is an incredible service. I used them to move cross country (New York to Washington) and had no problems. The amount of communication was perfect - they let me know when next steps were necessary, and were accommodating. It was a 10 day drive and my Cube arrived in Washington after 5 business days, but was held for the remainder of the time it took to get there to pick it up. Would recommend to anyone looking for a no-nonsense move.
