I recently had the pleasure of using U-Pack for my cross-country move, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

The pricing is transparent and competitive, with no hidden fees. I loved being able to track the trailer's location daily, which helped me coordinate local movers for unloading efficiently.

Excellent service for an unbeatable price!!

Easy to deal with, only issue I had is that the Maui office would not deliver the U-Pack to our home, and I could not pack at their location after 2pm. This is my second move with U-Pack and the first move was flawless, and other than the Maui office, I would totally recommend them and give them five stars.

Using U-Pack to move from Canada to the USA was very easy and affordable. If I had any questions I contacted customer service and they answered all of my questions. The representatives are also very helpful with providing information about the 3299 (customs) form. My complaints are that the trailer had a leak somewhere and some of my boxes arrived soggy and my clothes and other contents inside were wet as well. Also the trailer was a bit dirtier (i.e. dirt/rust debris and wood debris)inside that I expected it to be. I would recommend U-Pack as well as use them again in the future.
