U-Pack

Customer service was always available and flexible. I struggled a little to manage communicating to truck company myself, in addition to the moving staffers. I would have preferred if Upack managed communicating with the truck company ABF/V. Overall very good experience.

These trucks where nice. Our first time loading and we didn't do so good protecting our items but trucks where on time when they said. They picked up on time. Great customer service.

U Pack overall was a great service and great value. We moved from SC to OH and was very surprised at the cost compared to other trailer/pod companies. The drivers are also very prompt and on time or ahead of schedule. The only negative I will say is, they probably drive a little rough. I made sure to pack everything very tight and use lots moving blankets etc. and we still had damage to some furniture. Minor things, but annoying nonetheless. We would use U Pack again but use even more blankets!

They assured us on the phone our driveway would not be a problem. 'Our drivers are professionals ' they said. 3 days before our move they cancelled saying they don't go on gravel driveways. It cost us money for the crew we had to cancel on and we had to forfeit the sale of the house as we could not be moved in time...horrible customer service and belligerent attitude on the phone. They've made it obvious they do not care about the customer.
