U-Pack

This is the second time we have used u-pack for a multi state move. The ease of being able to store the tailors without having to unload then reload is a huge advantage,

Working with the folks on Sample St was a good experience. Just a word of caution regarding using pods, make sure either you pack it well or that you have really great movers to help you. We now wonder if we should have used the movers that UPack has a contract with or at least bought a bunch of furniture pads. Our movers pack things in a way that caused a lot of damage. The UPack folks were good to work with both in South Bend, IN and New York state. In fact, we were able to empty the pods shortly after delivery and they picked them up later that day! :) Usually you would not get it picked up until next day, but they were in the area.

The only way to move any distance! We packed the cube ourselves in Indiana & absolutely nothing had moved when I opened the doors in Denver. Saved me driving a rental truck 2 days and a night along the way.
Highly recommend moving by cube! ABF freight lines were great people to work with also.

I spent a long time researching moving options for my move from northwest Indiana to Phoenix, AZ. We knew driving a moving truck was out of our budget but I was nervous to do pods/cubes. Reviews of them weren't great everywhere I looked. I was more than pleased with our experience with UPack and the local transport used on either end of the move.

First, the customer service rep I dealt with understood my unique moving needs and recommended the exact, perfect number of cubes needed. We literally filled 3 cubes to the brim, with no room to spare but managed to fit everything! He even looked up satellite images of our home to ensure that the cubes would fit in our very short driveway. The cubes were dropped off and picked up super timely I was able to track their location online. It was super simple. I would definitely use Upack again and will gladly recommend them to family and friends!!
