It was perfect. They dropped off and picked up efficiently and on time. The dispatchers were courteous and understanding. Everything arrived in good shape. I would highly recommend use of this service.

My boyfriend and I have gone through hell and back with these people. It is going on 9 weeks since they picked up my stuff from Dallas to be dropped off in Detroit. Every time we called they would tell us that it was “in transit” and that was about 4-5 weeks after it was picked up. Well I knew something had to be wrong because it said on the paper that it only takes 7-10 business days to arrive to the destination. Finally, after back and forth they realized that the number on our paper for the container was associated with someone else’s container and that my container had been sitting there, at the place, 10 miles away from our home for weeks after us calling every single day with no answer. So we scheduled to get it delivered, it never came, scheduled it again, it never came. And it still hasn’t come. They gave us a total refund, which is nice, but I still don’t have my stuff. Now I cannot schedule a delivery because they closed apart of my account and they need the reference number after us calling every single day for the past 6 weeks. They are holding my stuff hostage at this point. This has caused me so many problems. I am living out of a suitcase with a weeks worth of clothes and 3 pairs of shoes, i don’t have any of my stuff and anything I did need out of the container I had to rebuy. This is the biggest joke of a company I’ve ever dealt with and the biggest headache, I should’ve just paid the extra money to use the actual Pods company because clearly these people don’t care about you or your stuff.

The experience was great and convenient. They drop off the trailer/ cube in front of your house and pick it up once you are ready. Generally give 3 business days to fill/ empty, which is more than enough. My only complain would be that they do not provide with moving cloth/ sling wraps / dolly to Rent/ buy for the move. We had to rent it from outside. Otherwise a good service.
