U-Pack

U-pack has professional team and saves lots of money for out of state moving. Kevin is an efficient dispatch manager from Auburn Hills, Michigan. He did his job perfectly even under pressurized situation and when things was not going as planned. From Wisconsin Milwaukee side certain things need to be improved. We got cool driver from both end. Thanks to the entire U-pack team to for doing their job perfectly.

Overall great experience but not without some pointers I can provide. Keep checking prices as they can be volatile. I figured it close to the same price a renting a truck and driving with the cost of fuel. So close, it was worth a few less cubic feet of moving area.

My origination driver dropping off and picking up was spectacular. High degree of personal and professional care. The destination driver shook the box a bit much for my comfort - you raised it higher than needed so he could see under it and tipped back and forth - bro - it's a fulcrum at work - higher it goes the more travel distance in the back and forth tipping.

Pro tip. Pad, pad, pad. Some stuff was scuffed but I have to own that as a padding failure. Were I did pad properly, zero issues.

Storage Fees - They significantly beat their website estimates for travel time and wanted to charge storage at the destination. I had to call customer service (who was wonderful) and they worked it out. They say no added fees, hidden charges, but watch out for storage time that is in the contract. Again customer service worked it out so I'm happy to give them a 5 star review.

In the end, I'd use them again. I have no issues with recommending others mindfully check them out and read everything. Compared to other stories, I think I came out excellent.

It was awesome only having to drive my car on a DIY move (no company reimbursement). It was awesome having driveway to driveway experience. It was awesome I didn't have to be here for final pick up. On pick up, a pool builder blocked my driveway. I had to call and reschedule their pickup. It wasn't a problem. Super awesome staff all the way around.

Best choice on earth for a move! Great price, easy to use and keeps your items safe!

I have used UPack before and on both occasions I was very satisfied with the service and the people that I came in contact with. Keep it up U-Pack, I had a great move with you again!

U-Pack was amazing to work with. I was so annoyed with all the other companies trying to up sell me or giving false pricing. There are no games or gimmicks with U-Pack. The people I worked with were always so incredibly nice and helpful. Our move even changed and they were easy to help us change and wait until we were ready. I am so thankful for U-Pack and would recommend them for any move!
