U-Pack

I would recommend U-PACK to everyone during their move. We moved from Michigan to Missouri and were able to get our cube picked up and delivered within 6 days, even during the holiday break. The staff was nothing but helpful from the very beginning and the communication about drop off times was exceptional.

Can only give 5 stars, delivered on time and picked up on time. Our belongings traveled from Oceanside California to Holt Michigan , great price and they delivered within 6 days! cant ask for better service! We will us U-PACK again!

Great service

This company was thorough and professional in almost every way. Staff was cordial in every interaction. Their e-correspondence was clear and helpful, including videos on packing; the empty cube was delivered on time and with clear instructions; the cube was delivered on time and the driver sent me a photo of the cube as it was delivered in my driveway to confirm its correct location. The reason I gave them a four-star rather than a five-star review was that they were not able to give an accurate delivery time before the cube was actually en route to my home, when the driver's call alerted me to the fact that it would be there hours earlier than the dispatcher had predicted. Overall, though, I was quite satisfied with their service.
