Review:

They showed up in their window to drop off the trailer. We moved 1800 miles and we packed our load tight and evenly. Not a single thing broken, the load didn’t shift. It got here in the middle of their estimate window for day of delivery. Showed up on time when it said it would be here. Would recommend them!

Review:

After looking up PODS prices I started shopping elsewhere. Out of all the quotes, this was by far the best. Therefore I was not expecting the best service. Boy was I wrong. Everything happened exactly on time, with zero hassle. It was amazing. Exactly as advertised.

I was able to ship my stuff from Maryland to Michigan with ease. You just make the reservation, call for appointments (picking up and dropping off containers). They call about 15 minutes before they show up. They handled both my tight townhome neighborhood and driveway, and the dirt road on the farm we were shipping to.

So easy to use, and exactly what we wanted. We payed less than half what PODS asked for, and they wouldn't give me a quote unless I talked with someone who kept trying to upsell me. I strongly recommend this service.

U-Pack was amazing for our move from CA to MI. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. They were always helpful and kept us in the loop on our move through text and email. Very affordable. The trailer was dropped off and picked up in a timely manner, which helped our move tremendously. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Review:

I'm impressed with the service we received through U-pack. We used a cube to move our stuff from Oregon to Michigan. Our original quote is what we were charged (no hidden fees or surprises). The drivers at both locations were professional and kind. The cube arrived the day I asked for it and was delivered to the final location within the 6-8 business days they estimated. They provided easy step-by-step instructions for every part of the move through a well organized dashboard. Dealing with U-pack was one of the easiest and smoothest parts of our move.
