U-Pack

This would be a 4.9 out of 5 star review, had one of my cubes not been delivered defective. I will start by saying the staff of ABF was extremely friendly and helpful. If I was rating based on just the staff, I would say 10 stars! But sadly one of my cubes was defective and leaked water & massive amounts of dust into the cube during transport. I ended up spending hours cleaning items and digging through wet boxes. At the end of the day I had some damaged items and a mess on my hands, ABF was only willing to refund me $75 when I claimed $300. Due to the fault of ABF delivering me a damage cube, I felt they should have done more to make up for that mistake than a $75 check.

So glad, I found this service! (Shout out to MKE Movers for recommending UPack) Professional and timely from start to finish. Originally contracted with another service but my gut told me something was not right. Switched to UPack and so glad I did. Website great, human representatives great, concept also great! A good packing tip for the cube is to watch the video on UPacks website. We plastic wrapped some of our nicer furniture pieces based on their video and there was not one bit of damage to any of our items. Would most definitely use again! Thanks UPack ?

I have never left a review in my life but I am so disappointed in the service I received that I am writing my first. This is an absolutely terrible company- DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE MOVING OUT OF STATE! I wish I could leave 0/5 stars but 1 is as low as it goes.

We moved from Wisconsin to Grand Junction, CO. Our trailer was scheduled to arrive between Monday-Wednesday. When it had not arrived Thursday afternoon, I called and spent over 2 hours on hold being transferred over and over again. No apologies and a lot of 'we can't do anything for you we don't know where your trailer is and we don't know when it will arrive'. Finally they said they would call later that afternoon/night to give me an update. They did not call. We had flights scheduled for work obligations to go back to Wisconsin on Friday, and they could not tell me if the trailer would be delivered this week. I called Friday morning (the day of our flights) and they told me there was no way the trailer would come today and that it might come Monday but they can't make any promises. I had to cancel my flight and purchase a new one ($700 one way) and my significant other flew back. I could not unload the trailer by myself so we also had to hire movers. All in all it cost over $1000 for the delay and all they offered me was $100. The people I talked to on the phone were rude and not empathetic to the stress we were going through at all.

I will never use this company again and STRONGLY advise against them-go with any other company.
