U-Pack

We moved from a remote location in northern Wisconsin to the Olympic Peninsula. U-PACK gave us an estimate which was very reasonable and our final cost. There were no hidden charges and no requests for additional money at the end.
The trailer was delivered to our location, we loaded it, and it was picked up within 2 hours after we completed the loading.
It arrived at the U-Pack destination in less time than estimated and the local moving company called and scheduled delivery. The trailer was in our driveway overnight, but the local company coordinated the unloading and was able to provide to young men to do it the morning after delivery. The trailer was picked up within minutes after the unloading was complete. All of our good arrived safely. We had no breakage. Only part of one bookshelf separated and we quickly put that back together.
We were apprehensive about the long distance move but everything was great. We highly recommend U-PACk.

Friendly and helpful over the phone. Instructions very clear. Arrived on time at drop off. Delivery was half-way across the country and the shipment arrived a week early. I thought that was awesome. Glad we brought a dolly to unload but the ramp was very steep and too narrow for my friend and I who are in our 60's. We managed in spite of it but had to take our time in the broiling CA heat.

On time at both locations,professional,easy to work with, they did what they said they would, I would use them again.

In Wisconsin, Tyler should be one of your prize employees. When he found out our truck wasn't going to be on time, his reaction was instant. I hung up and tracked the truck and it was in route by the time I looked again. This is the 2nd time we have moved using unpack and I would recommend UT to everyone. Thanks for everything!

This was our final destination from our out of state move (from Utah). They were quick to call us when our truck arrived, and quick to pick it back up after we were finished unloading. The driver was extremely friendly. He set up the loading ramp for us, and even took those large heavy wooden doors off for us. Would 100% use them again, and would recommend to anyone moving out of state! Very affordable as well.
