U-Pack

Stuff arrived on time, but most of it was all damaged. We packed to the cieling and secured the load, just as they advertised. Wouldn't use again. 2 stars only because of the arrival date.

We've used U-Pack for two cross country moves. They are an excellent value and have great customer service. I won't use another company in the future if I can help it. We used the pods previously, and recently the trailer. Not U-pack's fault at all but be diligent and careful about how things are packed in the trailer. Our movers were great at getting things packed in, but some items had damage from the rough ride and just gravity doing it's thing over thousands of miles. Again this is on us and is just a lesson learned about using a long-haul trailer.

There are not enough stars for this review! From scheduling to unloading - every step along the way was an A+ experience! We were a little late to schedule help with unloading - no problem! We had to change drop-off and unloading dates - no problem! Every call we made was met with a pleasant, accommodating voice who was dedicated to the very best customer service! We loved our experience with U-pack. We moved from Lacrosse, WI to Kansas City over the holidays. They were prompt and easy to contact. For our one bedroom apartment we ended up adding 2 extra feet of space which was perfect and did not cost much more than the original amount. We will use them again for any moving between states. We did not pack with extreme care and nothing broke in transit. The items did shift a lot but somehow everything was in perfect condition.
