U-Pack

Excellent service overall! I was going to go with traditional movers but decided to look into UPack. Loved the whole experience! The flexibility of having 3 days to load was very helpful. In addition, the flexibility of using more trailer space as needed was great! I was able to call them and changed the date of pick up couple of times and the Owatonna center was very accommodating. Would recommend it to anyone who needs moving services. You may consider loading/unloading yourself or hire someone as it will still be cheaper than traditional movers.

We rented a 26 foot trailer. It was delivered to our home in Minnesota the day we requested it. The driver was very friendly and answered the questions we had about the trailer, ramp, and close-off panels. After we arrived at our home in Florida we called to have the trailer delivered. There was a little confusion at Upack regarding our payment but when that was cleared up the trailer was delivered. The driver was very friendly.
By using Upack, and some hired help in Florida, we saved about $5,000 compared to an estimate we were given from one of the major moving companies.

U-Pack was always helpful, quick to answer my questions, and arrived promptly for each drop off and pick up. I was able to track our pods, know where they were, and arrange for pick up and drop off exactly for the times and dates I needed. Everyone I spoke with was supportive, helpful, and made our move so much less stressful!
