Review:

I highly recommend U pack. We moved across country and everyone was quoted us several thousand dollars. We are talking 9k+ dollars. U pack was the best priced. We opted to save more money by loading and unloading ourselves. A truck driver comes to drop off the trailer and pick it up. The truck drivers themselves were very friendly and helpful. The trailer to put your belongings in was great and did the job. They are very easy to get a hold of. Mike in AZ was very nice. Only complaint I have is their ramps don't seem to be made for those trailers. Both times, the bolts were positioned so that only one would go into the hole at the back of the trailer to stabilize it. Kind of sketchy and I would recommend checking it every so often and making sure that bolt is in there so you don't have a nasty accident.

This is the 3rd move I’ve used U-Pack for. This company has fair pricing, responsive, and everything has gone as expected each time I have moved with them. Definitely recommend and will be a return customer for future moves.

Review:

We used U-Pack to move from Shakopee, MN to Atlanta, GA. The truck was there right on time with a friendly driver. We were expecting the truck at our new destination closer to the end of the month but it arrived on time . I scheduled via mobile message link to set up pick up. I would use u-pack for my next move. Handsdown one of the best mover I can trust on. Thank you!

Review:

From my first contact with U-Pack I realized they were the company for me.
Ordering a moving container was quick and simple. It was also cheaper than ordering a U-Haul to drive it all myself.
The delivery was quick and without issue, I did pay the extra fee for guaranteed delivery on a specific day.
I had a minor concern and contacted the support staff and they were able to put my mind at ease as well as confirm there was nothing to be concerned about.
The delivery was quick and I was contacted along the way by friendly support staff.
My new address has a difficult driveway and the delivery specialist did an amazing job getting the containers up the driveway to reduce my labor unpacking.
I will definitely use U-Pack again in the future for all my moving needs.
