U-Pack

UPACK did a fantastic job for my move from MN to AZ. On time, great service, nice people and a really fair price. I would highly recommend UPACK to anyone making an interstate move.

I used U-pack to move some family heirlooms from my father's home in Minnesota to my home in Florida. They kept appointment times and were very professional. Everything arrived exactly as it had been packed. At the drop off the u-pack employee noted that we were very quickly unloading the cube and offered to take the empty cube with him to avoid having to arrange a pickup (he even had to get his forklift back down off the truck a second time). All this and their price was half that of the competitor.

They are not weather tight. I had two units for a number of years. When I opened them up I had furniture that was ruined due to standing water inside the unit. I had pictures that had mold growth inside the frame due to the amount of moisture inside the unit.

Didn't have good luck getting hold of the company in Colorado Springs--the phone was always busy. But BARB in the Twin Cities was the absolute best. She called me to see if I wanted an earlier delivery (yes!!) and was able to schedule pick up of the empty container when I called. She was professional, friendly, remembered me AND welcomed me to Minnesota. A ray of sunshine in my moving saga. Thank you, Barb!
