U-Pack

This is my third time using U Pack. They are always on time & drivers are nice. The staff always picks up the phone, so you get a real person & they're helpful. I keep coming back to them because of good service, but also good prices.

I don't know where to start with how happy we are that we chose U-Pack. From our first contact with Aaron D, who helped us with the reservation and billing questions, to the center in Eugene, OR to our final destination in Sioux Falls, everyone we came in contact with was helpful, informative and friendly. Every driver we met was professional and talented at their craft. I am still amazed that the total cost was half of renting a large truck and they did the driving. Could not recommend them more!!!

U-Pack was pretty good with our move. They were definitely the most cost effective, which is what we were looking for. Customer service was good, friendly, and local. However, whether this was u-pack or user error, there were a number of items that ended up breaking in transit, like our desk, a bookcase, among other things, in addition to a number of items that got scuffed up.

We would definitely use U-Pack again, but with a lot more protection on our items and would probably try laying some sort of tarp down to protect items from those scuffs on the bottom of the furniture.
