U-Pack

Good price, timely. My only complain is that truck was leaking during the rain which caused water damage to some of the furniture. It was interstate move. Otherwise, truck was delivered on time in both locations, which allowed me to schedule movers.

I chose U-Pack over another less expensive company for a variety of reasons. The website was very user friendly, customer service agents readily available, and the pod itself was made of metal versus wood. The gentleman who dropped off my container did great, navigating a very difficult entry to my driveway. The company provided timely drop-off and pick-up was a breeze. The time of transit was less than estimated. I would use them again.

U-Pack was amazing since the beginning. Very good price, drivers are so understanding and willing to help in every situation. Claim process for 1 piece of furniture that was damaged was easy, quick and nice. I can't say how much I liked the experience. Thank you.

By far the most convenient and affordable way to move I found!!! Not having to drive the truck and having up to 12 days to take possession was ideal for me since I couldn’t move into the new place right away. Great customer service! Thanks UPack!
