U-Pack

The worst packers and movers agency i have ever booked. they dont discuss the customer requirments clearly and when they comes for pickup they will say that i will not pack and load. Cancelled the booking with upack yesterday.Worst company.

This is as good as I've ever seen from a moving vendor. I've used them now for 2 separate long haul moves and seen that U-Pack has over-delivered every time. When my move requirements changed (and they did often in my cases) U-Pack provided me flexibility, and even refunded money without my asking when I didn't need the full scope of services previously discussed. I'm honestly floored with the customer service, integrity in the process, and consistency in the business on the whole. There's still room for improvement of course, but this business is by a mile the best in the market in my view. Period.

Been nervous since it was my first move but U-Pack held my hand and walked through the end-to-end process. They offered great price over the call and offered the guaranteed delivery. They were on time and the move plan was detailed enough. Had a few hiccups of course with the ramp not so good for loading but they offered the discount to compensate.

Highly recommended.

Just had a delivery from ABF , was not expecting the product to be delivered inside. The two guys had to deliver a HEAVY functional trainer, manuver around corners, and it was tight. I was impressed with their ability and willingness to satisfy the customer, they were the absolute best!! Based on this service , I have found the company that will handle the moving needs in the future.
