Review:
Responded quickly when I got too small a pod and sent an additional one the next day. Everything went as promised. Just be sure you understand how big the pod is before it arrives.

First time used for move. Bought trailer 13 ft but Used only 10 ft . Give me refund back for not used spaces.

4. Take tailer off on time when done

Our U-pack experience was excellent. Booking was easy, delivery and pick-up of the cube was all as promised. Everything arrived in excellent condition at the other end. We would definitely use their services again.
