Could not have been more impressed with this company! All agents were extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Ability to track where the trailer was helped peace of mind. Trailer arrived exactly when it was supposed to, loading and my new location. I will use and recommend this company to anyone!

Great company to use for your shipping needs picked up the pod off exactly when I asked I picked it up exactly when I asked to deliver it when exactly when I asked no leads times no waiting around everything was perfect they charged her account exactly when they said they would the exact amount that they said they would on the internet no extra fees or hidden charges or late surcharges or anything like that at all whole lot better than pods we paid a lot less than pods

Wonderful experience! Everyone involved, from U-Pack phone representatives to ABF drivers and schedulers, were fantastic! All very knowledgable, patient, and right on-point. They arrived and picked up exactly when they stated. Drivers (Ross and Dan in G.E., IL and Israel and Ramon in L.B., CA) were professional and unbelievable drivers getting the trailer in/out with ease! Joseph and Aaron, from U-Pack, were also incredible. I would recommend U-Pack/ABF without hesitation!! Great job! Thank you!!

The drivers on both ends (IL&TN) were awesome! Super polite and put the trailer exactly where I needed it. The ramp made loading and unloading a breeze. The provided bulkhead allowed me to secure my belongings with ease and with my locks, peace of mind. Thanks ABF!!!

UPack was perfect in all regards. We moved from Chicago - Tampa, and their service was so good. On time delivery. Quick pick up. I highly recommend them if you need to move.
