U-Pack

I was trying to coordinate a military move from Indiana to Texas. Everything went great during the pick up and move, the stuff even arrived earlier than expected. The only glitch was the pick up at the terminal in El Paso. Lack of communication and helpfulness at that facility made this just a little less than awesome.

I would highly recommend U-Pack for your cross-country moving needs. From the gentlemen (Danny) who reserved the trailer to both the, person who dropped off the trailer at our existing home to the person who dropped it off at our new home. All were helpful and courteous. They were very easy to work with in regards to our timeline.

I recently relocated 526 miles away. I had been researching for my move for months. I am so glad I choose U-Pack. U-Pack gave me excellent customer service I was very satisfied with this company. I received my delivery faster then I thought. I would recommend U-Pack to anyone moving local and long distance. I will be contacting U-Pack when I buy my home.
