If you are interested in saving some money, are willing to pack your own trailer, and if you need to store your stuff for a while as you get settled in your new location, this is the way to go. U-Pack/ABF were where they said they'd be when they said they'd be there. And the pricing was just exactly as they quoted. No hassles, friendly customer service.

Relocated from Illinois to Georgia recently...What an awesome U-Pack experience I had. Got my trailer delivered on a Friday, had 3 business days to load (Saturday and Sunday wasn't included ??) and you bet I took my sweet time to fill up that monster (6 days total). On getting to the destination, I had the trailer delivered again on a Friday and got same number of days to unload. I love their notification updates via text and all you need is one click when your trailer is ready to be picked up. Customer service support via phone is great, these people really know their stuff. Deserve 100 Stars!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised with the U-Pack experience. Moved small amount of belongings (5' of 28' trailer) long distance from Orland Park IL to Phoenix AZ. Trailer was delivered to our storage unit on the date contracted, arrived in Phoenix early, and was delivered to our new home on the date we requested. U-Pack's employees (Gracie & Buckey) were very professional, helpful, and affable. The quoted rate was exactly what we were charged. Our belongings arrived intact and within our timetable - this was a huge relief given all the possible obstacles. We highly recommend U-Pack.
