Everyone I spoke with from the planning to delivery was really professional. The driver who dropped the empty trailer off at the home we were moving from was extremely professional, helpful and patiently answered all of our questions.

The whole experience was nothing but pleasant. Communication is top notch, keeps you update for each and every activities at each steps. I never waited more than 1 min to talk to customer services. My goods from Chicago to NJ delivered within 3 days. I will definitely use and recommend this service in future.

AMAZING!!! Excellent from start to finish. U-Pack consultant Kevin got me the best rate possible to include a senior discount (AARP). I used the service center in Amarillo, Tx. The driver on site, Mike, was extremely helpful. I reserved 15 feet of 28 feet. I only used 9, so U-Pack only charged me for 9 not for the 15. The delivery driver, I believe his name is Will, handled the drop off extremely professionally. My move from Amarillo, Tx to the Chicago area was great thanks to U-Pack. Do the math. U-Pack will save you money and time.

I highly recommend the Pack trailer service. It is way cheaper than full-service movers, with flexibility over the size of your cargo, and honest and transparent pricing. Does your stuff take up more space than you thought? No problem, UPack offer s a clear and very reasonable rate if you use more space than expected. Even better, if you use less space, you get to pay less! Customer service staff was very clear and helpful, the trailer arrived on time for both loading and unloading, and the drivers were very courteous and helpful. I recommend hiring professional loaders on each end. A terrific service: this is the only way I will move going forward!
