U-Pack

I had to change my dates several times and they were very accommodating. When the day finally arrived I still didn't know if I was going to be able to move until late in the day (due to personal stuff, divorce). I called and let them know it was a go at 2:30 and they had the truck there by 4:30! Very easy to work with.

My son moved from Michigan to San Diego in late June 2019 and U-Pack was hassle-free, always professional and on time!! It was a big move but everything worked perfectly. We even hired 2 movers via U-Pack in Michigan and then in San Diego and they also were on time and hard workers. Without a doubt, we would use them again!! I wish we could have shipped my son's car with U-Pack instead of hiring an auto shipping company. U-Pack is totally trustworthy, cost efficient and worry-free. Thanks U-Pack!!!!

We Moved two households from Joliet & St charles Illinois to the Gulf Coast of Florida. This is my second time using U-Pack. Excellent experience from scheduling, to arrival & final pick up of Relo Cubes. I also utilized the link for MovingStaffers for the unload , they as well were amazing !! I requested the same services for the second move as well !!!!

The driver(s) was supposed to call before delivering pods, so that I could tell them where to place the pods. That did not happen. Loading the pods is a lot easier if the pods are as NEAR to your door as possible and the doors to the pods face the correct direction.The only reason I got the pods placed correctly was because I asked my stay at home neighbor to be on the look out for the truck. Another problem was that one of the pods leaked. LUCKILY, a couple of bed pillows absorbed most of the water.
